This month, we are spotlighting Givebacks as we celebrate our annual One Bride, Everything’s FREE Event! For the entire month of November, every bride who purchases a wedding dress with us at AGB will be entered to get her entire purchase reimbursed!

Here’s How it Works:

  • To be entered in the drawing, all brides must purchase a wedding dress from Ashley Grace Bridal in the month of November 2020.
  • In addition to the dress, any accessories that you purchase from Ashley Grace Bridal will also be included in the free drawing.
  • ONLY the deposited amount will be refunded. If the bride pays in full, she will be refunded in full. If she pays 60 percent, only the 60 percent will be refunded.
  • Winner will be announced on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020. Stay tuned to our social media to see if you won.
  • We will get in touch with the lucky winner and she will receive a full refund for all the expenses paid for in the month of November.

On your wedding day, you want all of your special loved ones featured, including your furry friends! We are total animal lovers here at Ashley Grace Bridal, which is why we give back a portion of each dress purchase to Big Dog Haven, an organization dedicated to providing shelter, food, medical care and rehabilitation to unwanted, abandoned, and stray large breed dogs. Our owner and her family have adopted both of their beloved pups from this organization, so we have a special tie to them in our heart, and love giving back so that more sweet dogs can get a second chance to find a loving home.

Here are our favorite ways that brides can incorporate their dogs into their weddings:

1. Make your Pup your Flower Girl or Ring Bearer

While they don’t necessarily have to toss flower petals or carry the rings down the aisle, it is becoming more and more popular to have your dog as your honorary flower girls or ring bearer! This means that they would dress the part and walk down the aisle during their designated time of the procession.

Tip from a real bride:

Designate a trusted friend or family member who is otherwise not in the wedding party to walk your dog down the aisle and sit with them. We think the easiest place to seat this person and your pup is in the front row, so your dog will have room to lay down. The designated dog-walker can have treats ready and be prepared to keep the dog calm and settled during the ceremony!

2. Buy your puppy a Special Bandana, Crown, or Bowtie for photos

If your furbabies may not be well-behaved or trusted enough to walk down the aisle during the ceremony, giving them a wedding-appropriate outfit and including them in a few photos will still preserve precious memories of your special day.

Tip from a real bride:

Be sure to let your photographer know that you want some photos with your dog so that she can schedule them in at the right time and be prepared to pose and get the dog’s attention for the best possible photos.

3. Include your Dog in Wedding Paper and Signage

A precious and unique way to personalize your wedding and include your dog is to feature them in wedding paper and signage. You can have an illustration done of your pup for your invitations, or you can name your table seating after them. Your guests will be sure to swoon over the sweetness! This is a great way to include your pups if your venue does not allow dogs, or you are simply unable to transport and keep them at your wedding.

Tip from a real bride:

Another unique way to include your dogs in your wedding reception is to name your signature drinks after them! This is sure to get a lot of smiles from your loved ones who know your pups.
