So, in light of our Maggie Sottero trunk show happening all March, we are going into all of the details of what a trunk show is, and why it’s the perfect exclusive experience for every bride!
Exclusive dresses
The main benefit of a trunk show is that a specific designer will be sending multiple new dresses to a bridal shop in order to spotlight that designer’s gowns, giving brides an opportunity to shop even more dresses from that line than the store would usually have.
So, at Ashley Grace, we work with that specific designer to pick dresses that we think our brides will love that we do not already have in store. Some of these are from brand new lines that have not even arrived at retailers yet! This widens the options for a bride-to-be and allows her to shop wedding dresses that most other brides in her area will not see. So, when you are shopping at a trunk show, you are seeing and trying on exclusive gowns that will only be in store for a limited time!
A discounted price
Trunk shows are often the only events where our gowns are discounted directly from the designer! The discount is usually 10% off, which can save you up to hundreds of dollars, providing some extra wedding budget money!
